"TO be honnest, I only spent a night there. I arrived at 10pm and left at 8am the following morning. No time to look after the caring for destination"

"It would be a big improvement for the hotel if they could offer a swimming pool. We were happy with the room and the service but we really missed a swimming pool to relax in the evening."

"I have booked this accommodation with a confirmed pick-up by the hotel at the airport. Nobody came to pick me up, so I was waiting 20 min. untill I took a taxi for 200 baht. When I arrived at the hotel it was approx. 9.00 AM, nobody was at the reception. I asked the Maid who was cleaning if there is nobody. She said I should wait so I had to wait another 25 minutes untill I could get into my room. I was complaining why nobody picked me up and that I had to pay that 200 baht. Answer was that 200 baht is just small money. Its rediculous to tell that to a guest.
The bungalows are really nice. Made of teakwood but negative is that you can hear and understand every word of your neighbours. It feels as sleeping in a tent which made me a bit sleepless during night time."
