It was disappointing that the resort was not able to provide a kettle for guests to make hot drinks. The bath area could do with a low kerb and a shower curtain to prevent water from flowing all over the bathroom floor.

1. Water splashes all over the toilet when taking a bath and therefore leaving the toilet floor all wet throughout.
2. Would be great if there was facility provided to boil water in the room.
3. The bed was comfortable and the linen were clean.

a. FIRE-EXIT and ENTRANCE shares the same stair-case ie. Exit and Entrance to floor is through the same stair-case!! The only other alternative Fire-exit is a window (unlocked) that have no stairs to go down!!
b. additional pillows should not be charged
c. have more hangers in the closet, hooks in the bath-room
d. Room 209 is illuminated by the hotel's neon sign - room lighted whole night; pl have heavy curtain to block the neon light will be helpful
e. had to buy own room-slippers bec the floor is cold; card-key possible?!
f. hot-water/flask will be appreciated

Overall the hotel is clean and bright. We stayed on the 2nd level of the reception block so there was not too much problem climbing the flight of stairs to our rooms. But the other block had no lift and climbing up the stairs with luggage in tow was a problem with our other friends. It would help if there was a lift. The shower area in the bathroom could be improved if there was a bath cubicle or wash curb to keep bath water from flowing all over the floor.
